鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)bms均衡(heng)管理。均衡(heng)管理的(de)必要性(xing)來自于電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)生產和(he)使用的(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)一(yi)(yi)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)性(xing)。從生產角度看(kan),每(mei)塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)都(dou)有自己的(de)生命周(zhou)期(qi)和(he)特性(xing),沒有一(yi)(yi)模一(yi)(yi)樣的(de)兩塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),由于隔膜(mo)、陰(yin)極、陽(yang)極等(deng)(deng)材(cai)料的(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)一(yi)(yi)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)容(rong)量也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)完全一(yi)(yi)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。如組(zu)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)48V/20AH電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)的(de)各(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin),其壓(ya)(ya)差、內阻(zu)等(deng)(deng)的(de)一(yi)(yi)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)性(xing)指標,均有一(yi)(yi)定范圍(wei)內的(de)差異。從使用角度來看(kan),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)過(guo)程中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學反應(ying)的(de)過(guo)程中(zhong)是永遠(yuan)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)可能(neng)一(yi)(yi)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)。即使是同一(yi)(yi)塊電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)包,也(ye)會因為溫度、磕(ke)碰度不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充放量不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同,從而導致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯(xin)容(rong)量不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)一(yi)(yi)致(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。因此,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)就需要均被動均衡(heng)和(he)主動均衡(heng)。即設定一(yi)(yi)對啟動和(he)結(jie)(jie)束均衡(heng)的(de)閾值:比如,一(yi)(yi)組(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong),單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)極值與這組(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)平均值的(de)差值達到50mV時啟動均衡(heng),5mV結(jie)(jie)束均衡(heng)。
鋰電池BMS短路(lu)保護無自恢復。1.設(she)計時所用(yong)(yong)(yong)IC本來沒有(you)(you)自恢復功能,如(ru)G2J,G2Z等。2.儀(yi)器設(she)置短路(lu)恢復時間(jian)(jian)過短,或(huo)短路(lu)測(ce)試時未(wei)將負載移開(kai),如(ru)用(yong)(yong)(yong)萬用(yong)(yong)(yong)表(biao)電壓檔進行短路(lu)表(biao)筆短接(jie)后未(wei)將表(biao)筆從(cong)測(ce)試端(duan)移開(kai)(萬用(yong)(yong)(yong)表(biao)相當于一個幾(ji)兆的負載)。3.P+、P-間(jian)(jian)漏(lou)電,如(ru)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)盤之間(jian)(jian)存在(zai)(zai)帶(dai)雜質的松香,帶(dai)雜質的黃膠或(huo)P+、P-間(jian)(jian)電容被擊(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan),ICVdd到Vss間(jian)(jian)被擊(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan).(阻(zu)(zu)值只有(you)(you)幾(ji)K到幾(ji)百(bai)K).4.如(ru)果(guo)以上都沒問題(ti),可能IC被擊(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan),可測(ce)試IC各管腳(jiao)之間(jian)(jian)阻(zu)(zu)值。ID異常(chang)(chang)。1.ID電阻(zu)(zu)本身由于虛焊(han)(han)(han)(han)、斷(duan)裂(lie)或(huo)因電阻(zu)(zu)材(cai)質不過關而出現異常(chang)(chang):可重新焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)電阻(zu)(zu)兩端(duan),若重焊(han)(han)(han)(han)后ID正常(chang)(chang)則(ze)(ze)是電阻(zu)(zu)虛焊(han)(han)(han)(han),若斷(duan)裂(lie)則(ze)(ze)電阻(zu)(zu)會在(zai)(zai)重焊(han)(han)(han)(han)后從(cong)中裂(lie)開(kai)。2.ID過孔不導通(tong):可用(yong)(yong)(yong)萬用(yong)(yong)(yong)表(biao)測(ce)試過孔兩端(duan)。3.內(nei)部(bu)線路(lu)出現問題(ti):可刮開(kai)阻(zu)(zu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)漆看內(nei)部(bu)電路(lu)有(you)(you)無斷(duan)開(kai)、短路(lu)現象。BMS技(ji)術近年來雖然已經有(you)(you)了(le)很大提升,但有(you)(you)些(xie)部(bu)分仍不夠完善,尤其是安全方面。
